These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating in any way to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Istanbul.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
